Work of the Project includes installation of a new 6 inch ductile iron force main in the Hall Street and Paradise Lake Drive right-of-way and improvements to the existing Hall Street Lift Station at the intersection of Fernridge Drive and Hall Street, in Ada Township. The approximate quantities of major items of work are as follows: 2,500 Ft 6-inch Ductile Iron Force Main 4,880 Syd HMA Surface, Rem 4,620 Syd Cold Milling HMA Surface 790 Ton HMA, 5EL 410 Ton HMA, 4EL 1 Lsum Lift Station Improvements Manholes, Valves, Fittings, Restoration, and all appurtenant work. Lift Station Improvements includes new valves, piping, and flow meter within dry well, new cathodic protection anodes on dry well chimney, new controls and instrumentation, new control panel and electrical equipment enclosures above grade, new bypass connection and structure, modifications to the wet well, lining wet well and bypass chamber structures, site concrete and landscaping removal/replacements, bypass pumping and/or pump and haul, SESC, restoration, and all appurtenant work. This project will be entirely funded by Ada Township; no federal or state grants are involved. A Proposal Guarantee payable to Ada Township, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the Proposal in accordance with the Information for Bidders. The right is reserved by Ada Township to accept any Proposal, reject any or all Proposals, and to waive informalities in bidding when it is deemed to be in the interest of Ada Township.
