Site work and renovation of a civil project in Easley, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Location: Easley, SC Replacement of 3 existing pumps / motors & control panel. Also included is replacement of existing suction / discharge valves, comminutor, & surge relief valve, installation of new electrical generator & transfer switch, electrical improvements, building improvements, installation of geomembrane wet well cover, site work, bypass pumping, approximately 441 LF of 16-inch force main replacement. The project consists of the replacement of three existing pumps / motors and associated control panel at the Brushy Creek Pump Station. Also included is the replacement of existing suction / discharge valves, a comminutor, and a surge relief valve, installation of a new electrical generator and transfer switch, electrical improvements, miscellaneous building improvements, installation of a geomembrane wetwell cover, site work, bypass pumping, approximately 441 LF of 16-inch forcemain replacement, and other associated work tasks required for a complete and proper installation Several alternative bid items will be included with this project as follows: o A-1 - Ozone Odor Control System o A-2 - Vortex Flow Insert o A-3 - Magnetic Flow Meter o A-4 - Wetwell Rehabilitation and Coating
