Site work and paving for a civil project in Pevely, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project will run the entire length of Old State Rd. North and the entire length of the adjacent connecting street, Charles St. The chosen contractor will be required to mill the butt joints and do selective milling for proper drainage and profiling of smoothness. Mill in front of drive aprons. The City of Pevely is to retain all asphalt mill shaving material. Also, must adjust all Water Meter Boxes and 11 manholes located on either street. Clean and prep. For leveling. Apply tack coat and wedge 350 tons of asphalt for leveling and smoothness then apply a 2" asphalt overlay approximately 940 tons. The contractor chosen will be required to provide traffic control and notify residents of any parking requirements. The chosen contractor must have a valid 2025Contractors License to work inside the Pevely City Limits, must provide proof of insurance, and must have a secure property bond.
