Reference Number 0000377370 Delivery Point: City of Arvada Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date: December 2026 The City of Arvada Utilities department is soliciting contract services for water service line investigation and replacement, including communicating with home or business owners and occupants, scheduling inspections, potholing, and/or service line replacement, providing (or providing instruction for) premise line flushing according to regulatory requirements, and any needed concrete/asphalt/landscape repair and restoration. It is anticipated that the majority of remaining investigations will be visual inspections in basements or crawlspaces, with some potholing performed as needed. Regular and timely communications, updates, reporting, and invoicing is an expectation of the City's project manager. Contractor selected must demonstrate excellent customer service and organization. Safety culture is incredibly important to the City, and contractor must describe their safety values and methodologies in the proposal, including the safety of customers.
