The principal items of construction are the following: 750 LF 24" DIP Water Main 9,700 LF 16" DIP Water Main 3,100 LF 8" DIP Water Main 785 LF 10" PVC Sanitary Sewer Main Any questions or comments concerning this Request for Bids should be addressed in writing to Robert Bartlett, PE, AtkinsRéalis USA, 188 Anderson Street, Suite 125, Marietta, GA, 30060, robert.bartlett@atkinsrealis.com. All questions must be submitted by Thursday, March 13, 2025, by 12:00 Noon. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check on a duly organized bank made payable to Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority or a bidding bond executed by the bidder, and a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia, in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities, re-advertise, and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time.
