**As of June 2nd, 2025, the project was awarded to MCC, Inc., with an awarded amount of $377,878.40.** Parks, Recreation, Trail Work, Paving (Parking Lot Paving), Parking Lots/Ramps, Pavement - Marking, Landscaping, Curbs, Paving (Trail Paving), Excavation, Stormwater Improvements In general, the project consists of the curb and gutter and asphalt pavement for a turnaround and new asphalt trails at Optimist Park and construction of a new parking lot and asphalt trails at Webster Park in the Village of Allouez. Work at both parks may include miscellaneous storm sewer work, site grading, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt paving, pavement markings, and a detention basin. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: None Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds RIGHTS RESERVED Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid Question Deadline 03/25/2025 Requests for such interpretation shall be made to Ayres in writing.
