Renovation of a military facility in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall identify all rotted and damaged subflooring in the master bathroom of Coast Guard Santa Barbara Housing Unit on Lighthouse Place. All Damaged flooring shall be replaced with an in-kind material. Contractor will need to remove mirror, light fixture, towel bars, medicine cabinet, shower walls/doors and toilet. (will be stored on site). Will need demolition of tile on the floor and walls aprox. for wall 1) 6.3' wide x 8' high and wall 2) 5.3' wide x 8' high. Remove all flooring tile as well. New tile installation on shower wall and the floor. And paint walls with same color. Once subflooring is done contractor will set drain and shower pan for new shower and reinstall everything removed from bathroom previously. Once work is done contractor will remove debris from site..
