Renovation of an educational facility in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of October 29, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services for the replacement of the building main service electrical switchgear in the roof penthouse and the renovation of the roof penthouse of the Engineering II building (Building 503) located on the UCSB main campus. The work shall also include new HVAC heat pump units, lighting, room reconfiguration, rooftop upgrades at the new penthouse exit and reconfiguration of the 240V system. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Bid shall accompany each Bid. Estimated construction cost: $1,950,000.
