The Covington City Hall Constructed Wetland Rehabilitation Project involves the following Work: Construction for this project will entail the re-grading of the exiting constructed wetland, the reconstruction of hydraulic features of the wetland, the reconstruction of the berm which separates Dried Indian Creek from the wetland, and the seeding and planting of native wetland flora. Heavy equipment will be required for grading and berm reconstruction. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. The RFI deadline will be Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 5:00 PM. RFIs should be addressed to Jonathan Heald at jheald@ardurra.com Bid packages shall not be mailed via USPS.
