**As of April 3, 2025, the project was awarded to Flex Ground but the awarded amount is not available.** Poured in Place Surfacing at 4,824 SF (ADA Accessible) Synthetic Turf at 4, 824 SF (ADA Accessible) No slope, mounds or graphics. Price to include delivery, install and removal of old surface along with any debris. Provide material warranty and labor warranty. *Color to be determined after award of contract. Questions Due Date: Mar 13th 2025, 5:00 PM EDT Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, will be required of the successful Proposer. Bonds must be written by an acceptable Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the Department of the Treasury, Circular 570, latest edition Each bid will be considered by the Newton County Board of Commissioners, taking into consideration specific evaluation factors, as set forth in the Request for Bid. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, that it believes would not be in the best interest of the Project.
