Renovation of an educational facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida invites Certified General Contractors, or Certified Building Contractors, prequalified by the School Board to submit Proposals to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for Construction for this Project. The School Board reserves the right to waive minor technicalities in any proposal. The construction management services requested include: - Construction of a new two story +/- 20,000 sq. ft. building for the Adult Education Program. - Demolition of existing Riviera Beach Preparatory and Achievement Academy buildings. -Construction of a new +/- 59,000 sq. ft. building with 200 student stations to replace the current Preparatory and Achievement Academy. - Renovation and repairs of the existing facilities at the North Technical Education Center (existing four buildings +/- 50,000 sq. ft.). All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via BidNet Direct NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M., EST on APRIL 7, 2025.
