Summary: The Capital Region Airport Commission (the Commission) requests proposals from experienced, qualified and interested firms (variously referred to herein as Offerors or Contractors) to provide Services to the Commission, which owns and operates the Richmond International Airport (the Airport), pursuant to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in or referred to in this Request for Proposals (also referred to herein as RFP). Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing no later than 1:00 p.m. February 7, 2025, to Phyllis Byrdsong, VCA, procurement specialist for the Commission, via e-mail to procurement@flyrichmond.com or by fax to 804-652-2605. Responses to the questions will be provided by the Commission no later than February 17, 2025. Any changes to the RFP will be by written addendum. Addendums, if any, will be published on the. this Agreement may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year renewal periods, from the date of expiration of the initial term. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and reserves the right to decline awarding an Agreement to any or all Offerors. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
