Renovation of an educational facility in Griffin, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovations to Carver Road Middle School (PBK PN 240414). It is the intent of the GSCSS to seek Board of Education approval for this renovation project at one of its April meetings. The contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of35 days after time has been called on date ofopening. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% ofthe Base Bid. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% ofthe Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
