The Department of Transportation (Department) will receive quotes for Construction On State Highway In Merced, San Joaquin and Tuolumne Counties at various locations. District-County-Route-Post Mile: 10-Mer, SJ, Tou-108, 132, 152-Var Prime Contractor must have either a Class A license or an applicable Class C license. Prime Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.05. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis. Complete the work within 20 working days. The estimated cost of the project is $392,000.00 If your bid is over $461,000.00 it will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required at time of Award if your Company is low bidder and awarded the contract.
