Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cloquet, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
2025 Safe Routes to Schools Improvements The major quantities of work to be included in this project are approximately 200 LIN FT Sanitary Sewer, 300 LIN FT Watermain, 200 LIN FT Storm Sewer, 200 TONS of Bituminous Paving, 1200 LIN FT of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 7000 SQ FT of Concrete Walk, along with other ancillary items. All electronic Bidders must first register online and create online for free, which is used to digitally sign bids. It can take up to 5 business days to process your Digital ID and it is highly recommended that a Digital ID be enabled 48 hours in advance of submitting an electronic bid. Please plan accordingly. Alternately, you may subscribe for $50 per month for unlimited electronic bid submission for all agencies posting solicitations online. Bidders shall access the Plans electronically. Electronic Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond in an amount which is at least equal to 5% of the total bid and may be submitted electronically, or as a hard copy by mail or other delivery method, either as a corporate surety bond or a certified check made payable to the City of Cloquet. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Cloquet. Questions concerning the bid documents must be submitted electronically.
