As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project, FY 2023-24 Annual Major Streets Rehabilitation Program: Erringer Road (Alamo Street To Cochran Street) (Project) which consists of: 1) 152,401 S.F. of asphalt pavement cold milling; 2) 8 C.Y. of Class II aggregate base placement; 3) 2,450 tons of conventional asphalt placement; 4) 638 S.F. of sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of sidewalk; 5) 42 L.F. of concrete sidewalk grinding; 6) 5 sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of curb ramps; 7) 11 L.F. of sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of concrete curb and gutter; 8) 3 storm drain manhole adjustment to grade; 9) 16 water valve box removal and replacement; 10) 14 sewer manhole frame and cover replacement; 11) 1 survey monument adjustment to grade; 12) 46 traffic loop removals and replacements; 13) 40 L.F. of root pruning; 14) 40 L.F. of root barrier installation; 15) various traffic signing and pavement delineation; 16) construction surveying; and 17) all appurtenant work as provided in the Proposed Schedule of Work and Prices. The expected completion time of the Project is 30 consecutive working days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
