Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project, Madera Road Bridge Rehabilitation, 0.3 Miles South of Highway 118, CP60000011, Federal Aid Project No. BHLS-5405(077) ("Project") which consists of: 1) 4,690 S.F. of asphalt pavement cold milling; 2) sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of 50 S.F. of sidewalk; 3) sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of 121 L.F. of curb and gutter; 4) sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of 41 L.F. of gutter; 5) sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of 23 each of curb and gutter; 6) removal and disposal of 898 L.F. of yellow pavement markings; 7) placement of 73 tons of asphalt concrete; 8) placement of 14 tons of 12" thick asphalt concrete slot paving; 9) prepare 14,500 S.F. of concrete bridge deck surface; 10) placement of 14,500 S.F. of polyester concrete overlay; 11) furnish 1,210 C.F. of polyester concrete overlay; 12) 130 L.F. of epoxy crack injection; 13) 39 C.F. of rapid setting concrete (patch); 14) removal of 39 C.F. of unsound concrete; 15) traffic signing and pavement delineation; 16) 2 sewer manhole frames, rings and covers replacement; and 17) all appurtenant work. The expected completion time of the Project is 30 consecutive working days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed
