Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The deadline to submit questions will be Friday, February 21,2025, at 12:00 P.M. A. Carpeting: Demolition, haul-away, and disposal of existing floors; preparation of under flooring; installation of carpet tiles; 4" rubber top set baseboard; and transition reducer to carpet-to-tile. B. Moving/Staging: To accomplish the removal of existing carpet and installation of new carpet, it is anticipated that the Contractor will need to either: Option A. Lift-in-place furniture, office equipment, and modular cubicle system; remove/replace carpet. OR Option B. Disassemble, temporarily move, stage, and return furniture, equipment, and modular cubicle system to existing locations; remove/replace carpet. Both options should include a plan for moving, adjusting, and returning existing technology, including equipment (i.e., computers, printers, copiers, and telephone systems), electrical outlets, and data ports. Contractors' bids should include pricing for their recommended option based on which option is best for their execution
