The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit bids to obtain a contractor to provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, supplies, and materials needed to pressure wash and stain cabins exteriors of 9 cabins (1,2,5,6,7,8,10,11, and 13) located on the grounds of Occoneechee State Park. Location where work will be performed: Occoneechee State Park 1192 Occoneechee Park Road Clarksville, VA 23927. All Inquiries for Information Should Be Directed To: Barbara Little, Procurement Officer at barbara.little@dcr.virginia.gov . All questions must be received via email by 2:00PM March 7, 2025. All questions must be in writing and will be answered in writing, by email or addendum. BID ACCEPTANCE PERIOD: Any bid in response to this solicitation shall be valid for (60) days. At the end of the (60) days the bid may be withdrawn at the written request of the bidder. If the bid is not withdrawn at that time it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation is canceled.
