Question Deadline 03/20/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals are applicable to the total dollars paid to the construction contract. The goals for this project are a minimum of 4.2 percent D/MBE participation and 4.5 percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs. The Project includes the following Work Demolition and removal of the existing 4 MG standpipe water storage tank, the 0.5 MG ellipsoidal elevated water storage tank, tank foundations, fencing, abandoned water mains, electrical and control conduits, and other miscellaneous appurtenances. Removal and disposal of interior and exterior leadbased coatings on the tanks, and of contaminated soils around and under the existing tanks to remove lead-based coatings. Furnish and installation of two (2) 1.5 MG composite style elevated tanks, sampling cabinets and mixers, associated tank piping and appurtenances, drainage piping and manholes, instrumentation, and electrical systems for the tank. Grading work and site restoration are also part of the Contract.
