Renovation of an educational facility in Stanwood, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
These are public works projects subject to all Lnlcriteria including retainage, Intents, and affidavits along with pre-vailing wage. In addition, we will require the use of our small works contract, available for review in the bid packet. To replace window coverings and blinds at Twin City Elementary Stanwood Elementary, and Port Susan Middle School. This work is to be performed with a swing shift from 3-3:59 PM to 11-11:59 PM. The work will be awarded on a site-by-site basis.
