All Contract Documents may be examined at the following: TOWN HALL ANNEX - 134 GROTON LONG POINT ROAD, GROTON, CT PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Question Deadline 03/13/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Owner PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of a new sidewalk in Poquonnock Plains park along Long Hill Road (US Route 1). To include installation of an eight-inch drainage pipe, appurtenances, and grass lined swale. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the form of bid bond or certified check subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
