The City of Centerville is soliciting bids to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to renovate the dumbwaiter at the Yankee Trace Golf Club. All work is to be done in accordance with all applicable codes, including all labor and materials required for a complete installation. This is a turn-key project, with the successful bidder responsible for performing the required dumbwaiter renovation work, including securing all State and local permits and inspections and all electrical , mechanical , fire service, and hoist-way services necessary for a complete project.
