Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Scope of Work for the Township Square Improvements Project consists of the following: o Project includes removal and replacement of pedestrian sidewalks, decorative gateways, decorative pavers, memorial relocations, decorative lighting, site power, earthwork, drainage, landscaping and irrigation. o Follow the OMUTCD for maintenance of traffic, signage, safety, etc. The City of Twinsburg will be removing the existing traffic signal at the intersection of Ravenna Road and Church Street. The improvements shall include signal removal, curb removal, and pavement removal. Project is scheduled for construction June - July 2025, and construction sequencing of the Township Square Improvements Contractor shall coordinate with the construction of the intersection improvements. NOTE TWO: Liquidated Damages shall apply, per the specifications. Attention is directed to the special statutory provisions (Section 4115.03 of the Ohio Revised Code) governing the prevailing rate of wages to be paid to laborers and mechanics employed on public improvements.
