Athletic Club Roof & Natatorium Restoration Project It is understood and agreed that work embodied in this Contract for the Base Bids and Alternates as awarded shall start on or about July 28, 2025, and be completed no later than February 13, 2026, unless an extension of time is granted by the Owner. A fee of $1,000.00 per day may be charged for work does not complete by February 13, 2026. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, shall state the price for labor and materials, and must be accompanied by a BID GUARANTEE meeting the requirements of Section 153.571 and 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. This project is subject to Ohio Prevailing Wage Laws. Each bidder must insure that no employees and applicants for employment are discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. If in the opinion of the Owner, the acceptance of the lowest responsible bid is not in the best interest of all concerned, the Owner may accept another proposal so opened or reject all proposals and advertise for other bids.
