The dredging work is to include dewatering the western portion of the pond, conducting a survey of the existing contours, removing accumulated sediment to bottom of original pond, and resurveying the pond to determine volume removed. The City has a site approximately 0.25 miles from the pond where sediment can be stored and dewatered, but ultimately the material must be hauled away. Contractor shall visit the site to view existing conditions and base their bid accordingly.
