Contractor shall visit the site to view existing conditions and base their bid accordingly. Proposal must contain the full name of every person, firm or corporation interested in the bid and be accompanied by a surety bond, certified check or cashier's check on a solvent bank in the sum equal to ten percent (10%) of amount bid, payable to the City of Twinsburg as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. Question Deadline 11/14/2025 re-bid requests for clarification of various contract specifications for this project should be submitted through E-Mail to pjeffers@twinsburg.oh.us no later than four business days prior to the bid opening to be reviewed and responded to.
