Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: The Bondurant-Farrar Baseball/Softball Fields & Tennis (Phase 1) Project consists of the construction of a new baseball field, softball field, and tennis complex. Construction to include, site grading, site demo, site utilities, site fencing, landscaping, concrete foundations, concrete pavement & sidewalks, synthetic athletic turf & sub-grade aggregate, field subdrainage, athletic field equipment, scoreboards, and tennis court surfacing. Work to commence on or about May 1, 2025, and be substantially complete on or before October 31, 2025. Final Acceptance of the Project shall be on or before November 21, 2025. Bid Package No. 03-1 - Concrete Foundations Bid Package No. 31-1 - Earthwork, Site Demo, Site Fencing, Site Utilities, & Landscaping Bid Package No. 32-1 - Synthetic Turf, Subgrade Aggregate, Field Subdrainage, Athletic Field Equipment, Scoreboards, Tennis Court Surfacing Bid Package No. 32-2 - Concrete Paving & Sidewalks Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid submitted. Bid Security must be in the form set forth in the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a separate sealed envelope clearly labeled Bid Security. Bid Security must be in one of the following forms: Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Certified Share Draft or an approved Bond Form.
