The Virginia Port Authority (VPA) is seeking proposals for as needed Professional Materials Testing and Geotechnical Engineering Services for Newport News Marine Terminal (NNMT), Norfolk International Terminals (NIT), Portsmouth Marine Terminal (PMT), Richmond Marine Terminal (RMT), Virginia International Gateway (VIG), and Virginia Inland Port (VIP). The term of the Contract shall be for one year with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon the mutual written agreement of the parties and in accordance with the terms noted in the Contract. Proposals and all other correspondence, including questions, shall be sent electronically to proposals@portofvirginia.com. Questions may only be submitted electronically no later than 2:00 p.m. EST February 25, 2025. Late Proposals will not be considered. In compliance with this Request For Proposals (RFP), and with all the conditions imposed therein and hereby incorporated by reference, the undersigned hereby offers and agrees to furnish the services to the Virginia Port Authority in accordance with the attached signed proposal, or as mutually agreed upon by subsequent negotiations. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
