The project involves removal and replacement of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps, installation of cast-in-place truncated domes, incidental asphalt work, and related traffic control. Locations of Work are specified at predetermined locations within distinct neighborhoods as illustrated in the table of contents (CRL-1) of the specifications. The Contractor shall complete the Work in two (2) milestones and shall submit an invoice to the City by no later than the following dates: Milestone 1: Completion of at least 60% of Contract Value from date of Notice to Proceed. The Project is estimated to cost approximately $541,000 and includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations.
