Proposals will be received by the County of Los Angeles ("County"), acting through its agent the Los Angeles County Development Authority ("LACDA") Los Angeles County Care Community - Metropolitan State Hospital Permanent Supportive Housing Project (the "Project"). This will include furnishing all material and performing all work necessary as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Any references to the County shall also refer to the LACDA acting as the agent of the County. All proposals shall be labeled "Proposal for Los Angeles County Care Community - Metropolitan State Hospital Permanent Supportive Housing Project, LACDA25-028." Any Proposer who wishes their response to be considered is responsible for making certain that it is received at the stated location and by the stated date and time. No physical, oral, facsimile, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered unless expressly specified to the contrary in subsequent written communication. Responses received after the scheduled deadline will be returned unopened. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. This RFP is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The County is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of any Proposer's proposal. The County reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this RFP. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the County reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, waive minor technical deficiencies in the proposals.
