As of April 25, 2025, construction will begin June 2025 with a completion date of September 2025. Each bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation and the full Notice Inviting Bids contained in the bid package, the bid package, Instructions to Bidders, General and Special Conditions, Project Manual, Specifications, Plans and all other documents comprising the pertinent Contract Documents. This is a public works prevailing wage project and prior to contracting the selected bidder must be registered with the DIR. All work must conform to approved plans and specifications. Prequalification is required. The bidder must possess a class B contractor s license. Quality Bidders is an online pre-qualification site utilized by the Little Lake City School District to create a pool of qualified contractors. Award of Contract: The District shall award the Contract for the Project to the lowest responsible bidder as determined from the base bid alone by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of bids. The Bidder is advised that all inquiries and clarifications about the bidding documents, specifications, etc., shall be submitted to the District in writing no later than March 25, 2025, 2:00 PM., PST. Verbal communication by either party with regard to this matter is invalid.
