Reference Number 0000288393 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/11 03:00:00 PM EDT Traffic Services of the City of Ottawa is seeking offers from qualified firms for the supply and delivery of Stainless-Steel Strapping, Buckles and Brackets on an as and when requested basis. The Stainless-Steel Strapping, Buckles and Brackets are used for various mounting requirements related to the City’s traffic signs and signals The Standing Offer may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year extension options subject to continued requirement, satisfactory service, terms and conditions, and pricing, in the sole opinion of the City. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers should it be deemed in the best interest of the City. Should only one offer be received, the City reserves the right to reject it at its sole and absolute discretion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
