The Scope of Work includes improvements to the Second Street parking lot within the City of Festus and provides for pavement replacement and preparation, asphalt overlay, sidewalks, lighting, pavement striping, traffic control and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom.
