This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (including Attachment Two to the solicitation) are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 713990 - (All Other Amusement and Recreation Industries) with a small business size standard of $9 Million Dollars. See Attachments for full RFQ, Statement of Work, and provisions. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside, all qualified bidders may submit quotes. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations (OFO) Area Port of San Francisco has a requirement for Firearm Facility Services. The Contractor shall provide a non-exclusive commercial firearms facility for weapons qualification and training. Specific services are identified in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1).
