Site work for a civil project in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This package includes the following: The Eastern Ontario Campus, spanning approximately 85 hectares, is divided into two parcels: the South parcel (40 hectares) and the North parcel (45 hectares), separated by Franktown Road. The project package includes the construction of a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) on the South site, a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) on the North site, and two Sanitary Pump Stations (SPS) one located in the northern part of the site and the other in the southern part of the site. EllisDon will be seeking a lump sum price for a single company to procure, construct, commission, and start-up all elements of the WTP, STP, and two SPS. Water Treatment Plant: 320 square meters Input flowrate: 10 LPS Output flowrate: 8 LPS Peak hourly flow: 23 LPS Max daily flow: 11.5 LPS Sewage Treatment Plant: 432 square meters Input flowrate: 31 LPS Output flowrate: 7.8 LPS Sanitary Pump Stations: 25 square meters each Bonding is set at $30,000,000.
