Reference Number 0000288818 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide as and when required civil engineering professional services at various locations across Canada. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this RFP is to select the three (3) proponents with the highest total score. The SL will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $25,000,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to three additional one (1) year period and increased in the order of $15,000,000.00 at any time during the term of the SL, and at DCC’s sole discretion. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $350,000.00 and $1,300,000.00; there is no maximum commission value. Refer to the RFP document for additional information. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
