The work can be generally described as the installation of Pickleball Courts and the construction of an access road and parking lot to service the recently expanded park. An alternate bid will be included for additional asphalt and stone quantities beyond the base bid. Approximate values include: 1,900 LF Curb and Gutter 380 LF of 12 -15 Storm Sewer 1875 TON Asphalt Paving 8 Pickleball Courts with Fencing and Court Coloring/Lining 1500 SY Asphalt Trail 1 Full Size Basketball Court Lining/Hoop Installation Install 30 Trees 325 SY Thickened Edge Concrete Bid Security is required and shall be provided in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders - Section 6 Bid Guarantee. All proposals shall be submitted on a form provided for the purpose. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract and on a unit price basis. Prequalification of Bidders is required. Bidder s Prequalification forms will be issued with the Bid Documents. Forms shall be received via email only to the Village Engineer by 2:00pm on March 14th, 2025. No Bids will be accepted from any Bidder who has not submitted a State of Bidder s Qualifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified. The Village Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to award a contract to the bidder, who will best serve the interests of the Village. All work under this contract shall be in accordance with the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction, Current Edition, Sewer and Water Construction Standards for Wisconsin, Current Edition and this project s Special Conditions.
