All proposals shall be submitted on a form provided for the purpose. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract and on a unit price basis. Prequalification of Bidders is required. Bidder s Prequalification forms will be issued with the Bid Documents. Forms shall be received via email only to the Village Engineer by 2:00pm on March 14th, 2025. No Bids will be accepted from any Bidder who has not submitted a State of Bidder s Qualifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified. The Village Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to award a contract to the bidder, who will best serve the interests of the Village.
