Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Homer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for name of project. The project consists of providing all labor and materials to demo and reconstruct entrance walkways, parking and landscaping per contract documents. Time-line to complete from June 1, 2025, until August 1, 2025. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
