The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for West Homer Parking Maintenance. The project consists if providing all materials, equipment and qualified competent personnel to provide crack sealing, seal coating and striping to protect the parking lot at West Homer Elementary. Question Deadline 03/26/2025 at 5:00 PM AKT This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. According to the State of Alaska Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), small and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, veteran owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to bid.
