The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and other facilities necessary to perform the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Replacement of the 12" water line which carries water from the Raw Water Pump Station to the water treatment plan as well as piping, valves and SCADA systems within the raw water pumping station.
