Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Homer, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and other facilities necessary to perform the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Excavate the unstable portion of Highland Drive shown on the plans, replace the culvert in that portion and backfill with new fill material.
