Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a medical facility in Homer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and for asbestos abatement for a medical facility.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB25-069 Hohe Street Abatement and Demolition. The project consists of building demolition and site remediation of the property at 4135 Hohe Street, Homer, AK 99603, and as needed - hazardous material testing, abatement and /or monitoring. The site encompasses a 12,197 square foot (0.28 acres) lot, with an approx. 2,000 square foot bi-level structure built in 1973. This building (renovated in 2021) with an attached garage, consists of a common entrance, upper-level living space, a basement, office rooms, and bathrooms. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
