Reference Number 0000379134 Job Location: City of Delta The City of Delta is accepting sealed bids for a citywide Mill and Overlay Project for multiple locations within the city limits. The City of Delta is requesting bids from qualified Mill and Overlay contractors for a citywide Mill and Overlay project for multiple locations within the City of Delta. The Work will include variable depth milling, asphalt overlay with a tack coat, and asphalt leveling course as needed. The contractor is responsible for sanitation service at their own expense if deemed necessary. Work will be conducted Monday through Friday, with all streets being reopened to local or residential traffic by 5:00 pm on the days of closure. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday. Additional locations within the city may be included for 2025. Work will be performed to CDOT standards and specifications. Ownership of the millings is to be determined. The Work does not include striping, painting, stop bars, and shoulder dress-up. The city will provide traffic control throughout the entirety of the project, with the exception of the Crawford Avenue project. The contractor will provide traffic control for the Crawford Avenue project. Project maps and bid tabs are located in the bid package. Bid Tab A project list will be done according to the contractor's schedule. Bid Tab B project list will be done according to the City of Delta schedule.
