Hensel Phelps West Laramie Main Lift Station Project Hensel Phelps has been successfully awarded the West Laramie Main Lift Station Upgrades Project. We invite interested trade partners to propose on the project. The City of Laramie is seeking to construct a new West Laramie Main Lift Station, adjacent to the Citys wastewater treatment plant. This is due to the existing facility reaching the end of its useful life and planned expansion in the collection system basin. Prevailing Davis Bacon wages will be required. Payment & Performance bonds will be required for all proposals that are $100,000 or greater. A supply bond will be required for material only proposals that are$100,000 or greater. A 5% minimum Bid Security is required. Bid Security must be a Bid Bond for bids greater than$150,000. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106,preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-102, if the subcontract is to be awarded, it shall be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid if the certified residents bidis not more than five percent (5%)higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident bidder.
