Aggregate Contract: Accepting bids for the following aggregates:) 1650 Ton of Anti-Skid (Type AS-2); 100 Ton of Anti-Skid (Type AS-3); 120 Ton of #1 Coarse Aggregate; 200 Ton of #3 Coarse Aggregate; 2,550 Ton of 2A Subbase (Limestone); 3,700 Ton of 2A Aggregate; 450 Ton of 2RC Subbase. 2,100 Ton of 2RC Subbase (Limestone); 700 Ton #57 Coarse Aggregate); 100 Ton #67 Coarse Aggregate; 210 Ton of #10 Screenings; 200 Ton of #8 Coarse Aggregate (Limestone) (Type A); 50 Ton of #8 Coarse Aggregate (Type B); 220 Ton of R-3 Rock; 100 Ton of R-4 Rock; 730 Ton R-5 Rock: 60 Ton of R-6 Rock; 200 Ton of R-7 Rock; 25 Ton of R-8 Rock; 200 Ton of Gabion Rock (3" to 6"); 60 Ton of Gabion Rock (4" to 8"); and 30 Ton of Cold Mix Patching Material. Proof of worker s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder Location Lycoming, Clinton, Sullivan & Tioga/Bradford County, Pennsylvania All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the West Branch Council of Government. The COG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
