Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The majority work of this contract is generally described as follows: 2200 SY of Concrete Pavement Removal 9500 SY of Milling Concrete Pavement 1575 Tons of Base Aggregate o 2550 LF of Curb and Gutter o 1830 Tons of HMA Pavement 2750 SY of Concrete Base o 3000 SF of Concrete Sidewalk o 9 Precast Inlets, o 1 Precast Sanitary Manhole, 240 LF of PVC Storm Sewer, 12-inch o 700 LF of PVC Sanitary Sewer, 8-Inch o 21 New Sanitary Laterals o 21 New Water Services and Curb Stops A Pre-Bid Conference will not he held for this project. Subcontractors: The apparent Successful Bidder, and any other Bidder so requested, shall within ten (10) days after Bid opening, submit to the City a Bidder's Proof of Responsibility Affidavit and Non-Collusion Affidavit from each Subcontractor. Forms are included in the proposed contract documents. Bid Security: A satisfactory Bid Bond, payable to the City of Sheboygan, WI, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid. Pre-Qualification: Yes Question Deadline 03/18/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
