Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Westtown Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Project consists of the following: o Three (3) Structures Demolition, including foundation; o Hazardous Materials Abatement; o Septic Decommissioning; o Well Decommissioning; o Tree Clearing and Grubbing; and o Earthmoving and Seeding. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. No Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the Contractors on this project and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Each Bidder is required to meet the requirements of Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012.
