Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.
This federally funded project will rehabilitate the concrete and asphalt pavements within the Taxiways K and R intersection at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Work includes elastomeric concrete repairs, joint sealant replacement, planing, paving, airfield lighting and signage improvements, and pavement markings. The Engineers Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000 All work shall be completed by June 15, 2026. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid. The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract A bidder requesting assistance in viewing the project site must make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance.
